At Supported Living Pathways, our team are highly skilled, experienced and demonstrate strong social care values. We are a small family run service with over 12 years of experience in re-integrating clients, who have enduring and complex Mental Health needs or Learning Disabilities, back into the community.
We provide services for adults (18-65 years old), with a 24/7 dedicated staff team on site alongside on-call managers. Staff are committed to providing the highest quality of support and go the extra mile for each individual service user. We endeavour good working relationships with family, friends and representatives who have an impact on service users’ lives.




With a strong team, we provide support with compassion, empathy and the service user's best interests in mind.
We take pride in our team's problem-solving skills, innovation and can-do attitudes. They can manage complex situations and find solutions in order to achieve the best outcomes for the service users, their families, care coordinators, social workers and professional team.
Our staff receive ongoing training to develop appropriate skills and specialised knowledge. Continued professional development enables us to deliver the best possible care and support for our service users so they can enjoy life's experiences and achieve their own goals.
